89: Why You Need To Stop Complaining and Start Taking Action Right Now

Complaining about something does nothing to fix the problem. Unless you realise that you are responsible for your healing and recovery, it won’t happen.

You need to seek therapy, do the meditation, read the books and take the medicine. No one else can or will do it for you!
